Sludge dryer working principle:

The sludge dryer is integrated by several drying units, which can greatly improve the processing capacity of each unit, reduce the floor space, and achieve centralized feeding and discharging. Each drying unit consists of a jacketed W-shaped housing and two hollow blade shafts and transmissions. Hollow blades are arranged on the shaft, and the rotary end of the heat medium is introduced at the shaft end. The heat required to dry the moisture is conducted to the sludge by the inner wall of the jacketed W-shaped groove and the hollow blade wall. In the drying process of the sludge, the hollow shaft with hollow blades is used to stir the material while heating the sludge, thereby updating the heating surface. The 90% moisture content can be dried to the finished product at one time. In view of the characteristics of the easy-to-knot unit in the sludge drying process, the material structure of the general single-channel dryer is changed, and the combined self-cleaning device is adopted, which greatly expands the application range of the single-channel dryer, and can not only dry each Sludge-like, it can also dry a variety of high-viscosity materials.

Product composition:

The product is mainly composed of an induced draft fan, a dispersing device, a belt feeding machine, a feeding machine, a rotary drum, a heat source, a belt discharging machine, a discharging device and a power distribution cabinet. Therefore, the working area of ​​the single-channel sludge dryer includes a discharge area, a inclined lifting plate area, a cleaning area, and a guiding area.

1. In the guiding area, the wet sludge enters this area and quickly evaporates the water when it contacts with the hot air. The material is transferred to the next working area under the copying of the large-conducting angle.

2. In the discharge area, the drum does not have a copy board in this area, and the material slides in this area to the discharge opening to complete the whole drying process;

3. In the clean-up area, the wet sludge is copied from the plate in this area to form a curtain state. When the material falls, it is easy to form a bonded roller wall. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device is cleaned reasonably. The material adhered to the inner wall, in this process, the cleaning device also acts on the agglomeration of the material ball, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and increasing the drying rate;

4. The inclined lifting plate area, the wet sludge has a low moisture loose state in this area, and the material has no bonding phenomenon in this area. After the heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the final discharging area.

Heat transfer process:

1. Before heating and drying, the materials are all in a saturated state, and the temperature is equal to the wet bulb temperature under the drying pressure. The moisture content of the material evaporates on the surface of the particles, and the mass transfer resistance inside the particles is zero. The material is stirred intermittently in sequence, and the material is in a stationary state for a certain period of time.

2. After the above time, the material is stirred in an instant and uniformly mixed in a macroscopic manner, that is, the moisture content and the temperature of the sample including at least a dozen particles in the material layer are the same, and after the uniform mixing, the material is in a static state. Then, on the basis of the above two times, the material is stirred in an instant, and so on, until the material is dried.

3. In the static stage, there is a drying front in the material layer which is continuously pushed into the material layer by the heating surface. All the materials between the drying front and the heating surface are dry, and the front edge is driven away. All materials are wet. During the first period of time mentioned above, the materials are uniformly mixed, and the drying front is again diffused by the heating surface toward the inside of the material layer.
