What is the working principle of the sludge dryer?

The working principle is that the dewatered sludge enters the mixer from the sludge funnel, and the sludge which has been dried is fully mixed in proportion, so that the solid-mixed sludge has a solid content of 50% to 60%, and then The screw conveyor is transported to a three-channel drum dryer. The dried sludge is sent to the separator by a screw conveyor with a metering device. The humid hot gas discharged from the dryer in the separator is collected for thermal recovery, and the contaminated malodorous gas is sent to the biological filter for treatment. The discharge standard for environmental protection requirements, the granularity of the dry sludge discharged from the separator can be controlled, and the sludge particles satisfying the requirements are sent to the storage warehouse for processing by the filter.

What is the working principle of fluidized bed sludge drying technology?
